Tushti Apparels – Exchange / Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy

We want you to love every piece you wear from Tushti. But in case something isn’t right, here’s how we make it easy for you:

🔄 Exchange Policy

We happily offer free exchanges if:

• You need a different size, or
• You simply didn’t like the product after trying it on.

📅 Timeframe: Please raise your exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.

🚫 Not Eligible for Exchange: 

• Combo sets
• Sale/discounted items
• Customized or altered products

📦 Items must be:

• Unused & unwashed
• With all original tags and packaging intact

🚚 Return Policy (Only for Damaged/Defective Products)

We accept returns only in case of:

• Wrong item delivered
• Product is defective or damaged

📸 A parcel opening video is required and must be shared within 24 hours of delivery for the return to be accepted.

✅ If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the form of Store Credit which will be available for use for purchase of same product or any other product for 6 months from the date of issue

 Note – No refund will be made to the source account either in case of Exchange or Return

⏳ Processing Time: Within 5–7 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.

❌ Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? No worries!

🕒 You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it – whether it’s prepaid or COD.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
